The case of the petitioner is that he was assigned land to an extent of Ac.4-06 cents in Sy.No.761/2 of Pullampet Village, Pullampet Mandal, Kadapa District in the year 1991 and pattadar passbook was also issued by the 3rd respondent. Since then the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the same. However, the adjacent land owners are trying to interfere with his possession over the subject land, the petitioner made representation to the 3rd respondent on 08-03-2017 to conduct survey and fix the boundaries of the subject land. As no action has been taken by the 3rd respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, who submits that the petitioner has to submit necessary documents along with the application.

In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 08-03-2017 made by the petitioner to the extent of conducting survey only. It is open for the petitioner to submit necessary documents in support of his application. Said exercise shall be done

within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
