THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE N.BALAYOGI CONTEMPT CASE No.422 of 2016 ORDER: (per SK,J) Sri M.Koteswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner society, states that the Memo dated 15.02.2017 issued by the Joint Secretary to the Government, School Education (PS) Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, evidences compliance with the interim order dated 25.02.2014 passed by this Court in W.A.M.P.No.663 of 2014 in W.A.No.216 of 2014.

As the order passed by this Court has been complied with, albeit with unnecessary delay, we are not inclined to take a serious view of the matter.
