ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for issue of writ of certiorari to quash letter, dated 14.05.2011 of respondent No.1.

At the hearing, Mr.P.Anand Seshu, learned standing counsel for A.P.E.P.D.C.L., submitted that pending the writ petition the petitioner paid the entire amount demanded under the impugned letter and got the electricity connection regularized. The aforesaid submission of the learned standing counsel is placed on record and the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 23.06.2011 in W.P.M.P.No.20898 of 2011 is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.20898 of 2011 and
