THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1488 of 2011 ORDER:

In view of the orders passed by this Court on 09.12.2019 in I.A.No.2 of 2019, the judgment, dated 13.07.2011, in Criminal Appeal No.189 of 2010 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Warangal, confirming the judgment in C.C.No.493 of 2009, dated 04.07.2010, on the file of the learned VI Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Warangal, is set aside. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is allowed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
