HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.34936 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not issuing the title deed and E-pattadar passbook in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1.50 cents, situated at Door No.726/1, Velpuru Village, Savalyapuram Mandal, Vinukonda Sub Division, Guntur District, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted the application on 4.4.2018 through Mee Seva No.RMU011800450174, seeking to issue the title deed and E-pattadar passbook in respect of subject land, till date no action is taken. Hence, the present writ petition.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, would submit that the authority may be directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents, to deal with the application dated 4.4.2018, submitted by the petitioner, through Mee Seva No.RMU011800450174, seeking to issue the title deed and Epattadar passbook in respect of subject land and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of two to three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
