THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.40519 of 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents in rejecting the request made by the petitioner to change Branch from EEE to CSE in B.Tech 1st year, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, Sri P.V.S.K. Rama Murthy, learned Advocate, representing Sri Narasimha Rao Gudesiva, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous. The same is recorded. 3.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
