THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI WRI T PETI TI ON No.34848 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the present writ petition is squarely covered by the Order, dated 24.10.2017, passed in W.P.No.23191 of 2017 and copy of the same has been placed on record. Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned standing counsel for the respondent Corporation, has not disputed the same.

The operative portion of the Order, dated 24.10.2017, in W.P.No.23191 of 2017, is as under:

"Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Municipality to accept the application of the petitioner for building permission in terms of the Circular U.O.No.B/1545/TPS/CCP/HO/GHMC/2016/485, dated 19/24.04.2017 issued by the Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and pass appropriate orders, as per law."

Having regard to the facts and submissions and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the afore-stated order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the afore-stated order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
