HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.35349 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to respondents Nos.2 to 5 not to interfere with the civil matters pending between the petitioner and respondents Nos.6 and 7.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that there are civil suits pending between the petitioner and respondents Nos.6 and 7 in respect of properties and that at the instance of respondents 6 and 7, respondents Nos.2 to 5 are interfering with the affairs of the petitioner and the civil disputes.

Considering facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:

Respondent Nos.2 to 5 are directed not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioner more particularly, with any of the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondents Nos.6 and 7. At the same time, this order will not stand in the way of the above official respondents to proceed with the investigation, if any case is registered against the petitioner for cognizable offence.
