As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 30.11.2015 either in the morning session or in the afternoon session, the matter was directed to be listed on 01.12.2015 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, inspite of matter being posted under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in afternoon session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
