THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3313 of 2014 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed by the petitioners under Article 227 of the Constitution of India questioning the docket order dated 28.08.2014 in O.S.No.1667 of 2012 on the file of the Court of VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, at Vijayawada. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 24.01.2017 before the Registry.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Revision Petition shall stand closed.
