THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5808 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking grant of anticipatory bail in connection with crime No.96 of 2015 on the file of the P.S., Giddalur, Prakasam District, registered for the offence under Section 498-A IPC. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused submits that the petitioner has not committed the offence alleged against him and the de facto complainant with all false allegations filed the present complaint. He further submits that the petitioner is a law abiding citizen and is ready to comply with any of the conditions that may be imposed while granting anticipatory bail. On perusing the complaint, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail. Taking into consideration the allegations made against the petitioner and the behaviour of the petitioner towards the de facto complainant, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
