Ms. G. Lakshmi, learned counsel appearing for the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition giving liberty to file a fresh petition as and when charge sheet is filed.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps after filing of the charge sheet, as per law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
