THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE N. BALAYOGI WRI T PETI TI ON No.2097 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Justice Sanjay Kumar) Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services (Telangana) fairly states that by virtue of the interim order dated 29.01.2016 passed by this Court in the present writ petition, the first respondent was permitted to continue as an Accounts Officer until she attained the age of superannuation. He would therefore state that the issue raised does not survive for consideration on merits.

Recording the said statement, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
