ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondent in not considering the caste certificate of the petitioner relating to Budaga Jangam community (SC category) issued by the competent authority for admission into Engineering Course as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of this submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 12.09.2012, shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P.No.36364 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
