The present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner - defendant questioning the order dated 08.12.2015 in I.A.No.1211 of 2015 in O.S.No.775 of 2005 passed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Sanga Reddy, whereby the petition filed under Section 151 C.P.C. to permit him to file additional written statement, was dismissed.

2. As per the material placed before this Court by the registry, original suit itself was disposed of on 26.08.2016, hence, the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication..

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
