Heard Mr. Abu Akram, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. M.A.K. Mukheed, learned Standing Counsel for the Waqf Board.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to pursue civil remedy available with respect to the contractual rights arising from the compromise memo entered into by the petitioner with the 1st respondent.

3. Permission to withdraw is accorded, with liberty as sought for.
