Heard Mr. M.saleem, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 3. perused the record. 3.
with the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission.

when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to examine and pass appropriate orders on his F-rine application bearing No.DER02250l20l27B, Dt. 07-03-2025 'for conducting survey in respect of part of land of the petitioner in Sy.No.2tg/10/13 to an extent of Ac.0-15 gts., of Kondapur Revenue village of Serilingampally Mandal, Rangareddy District ('subject land, for brevity).

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents seeks short span of time to dispose of the representations submitted by the petitioner 6.
Having regard to the submissions of both the leamed counsel and upon considering the material available on record, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to examine and pass appropriate orders on the F-line application bearing No.DER022501201278, Dt. 07-03-2025, submitted by the petitioner for conducting survey in respect of subject land, strictly in accordance with law, by issuing notice to the petitioner and all interested parties and afford them sufficient opportunity of hearing, as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
