HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR C.M.A. No.876 of 2011 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is preferred questioning order dated 23.06.2011 in I.A.No.939 of 2011 in O.S No.830 of 2011 on the file of VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.

2. Appellant herein filed the above referred O.S. for grant of perpetual injunction and in that suit he filed I.A. for grant of temporary injunction and the trial Court on contest dismissed the said application. Aggrieved by the same, present appeal is preferred.

3. As seen from the office note, the main suit O.S.No.830 of 2011 was disposed of on 25.11.2013 decreeing the suit in favour of plaintiff.

4. In view of disposal of the main suit, nothing survives in this appeal for adjudication.

5. For these reasons, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Appeal shall stand closed.
