Upon hearing both sides, the Criminal Petition is disposed of at the admission stage:

The investigation in Crime No.110 of 2014 of Kadiri Rural Police Station, Anantapur District, shall go on. The Police, however, are directed to strictly follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. towards the petitioner/accused during the course of investigation. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
