Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition assailing proceedings dt.29-05-2017 of 2nd respondent rejecting petitioner's request for regularization of his suspension period from 15-03-2013 to 23-07-2014 on the ground that he has filed O.A.No.1269 of 2014 before the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'APAT'), and that the same is pending. Petitioner contends that the said O.A. was withdrawn on 18-06-2014 and without verifying the said fact, the impugned order has been passed. 3.

He has placed before me a copy of the print out from the web site of the A.P.A.T. showing the disposal of the said O.A. as withdrawn on 18-06-2014.

Since it is clear that the said O.A. has been disposed of on 18-06-2014, the impugned order is set aside and the 2nd respondent is directed to reconsider the petitioner's request for regularization of his suspension period in accordance with law and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without reference to the said O.A. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
