HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY AND HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI WP No. 20856 of 2017 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief, "...to issue a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents to cause production of the detenues Chethan Sirvi and Nemaram who are in the custody of respondents before this Hon'ble Court and pass such other order or orders...."

At the hearing, Mr. P. Nagaraj, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the cause in this writ petition does not survive, as after filing of this writ petition, police have released the two detenus. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
