This Writ Petition was filed for the following relief: "...to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the letter W.P.No.22104/ 2014 /SSK /COOP./2015, dated 7.1.2015 issued by the 6th respondent, being the Special Government Pleader for the State of Telangana, suo motu directing the 4th respondent-Registrar to hand over the records of the A.P. High Court Employees Mutual Aided Co-operative Housing Society Limited to the disqualified and ineligible Ex-Managing Committee and also directing the 4th respondent to take disciplinary action against the 7th respondent even pending adjudication of the issue in question, in W.P.No.22104 of 2014 and W.P.No.

12730 of 2014 before this Hon'ble Court, as illegal, arbitrary, abuse of powers and in violation of the principles of natural justice and in violation of the provisions of the A,P. Mutually Aided Co-Operative Societies Act and also Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently, to direct respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against Special Government Pleader for his abuse of powers with gross negligence and failure in discharge of his duties as Government Pleader on the sad state of affairs of the A.P. High Court Employees Mutually Aided Co Operative Society..."

2. It is fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of handing over of the records by the Inquiry Officer to the CBCID, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and it has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. _______________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J
