THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 783 OF 2015 ORDER:

This civil revision petition arises out of order dated 20-01-2015 in I.A.No. 772 of 2013 in O.S.No. 18 of 2003 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge at Narsipatnam (for short, 'the Court below').

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the abovementioned suit itself has been disposed of by the Court below and therefore the cause with which the present revision is filed has become infructuous.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this civil revision petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
