This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.23 of 2012 on the file of the Undrajavaram Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 342, 509, 384, 363, 506 read with Section 34 of I.P.C. and Section .3 (i) (x) of Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

During hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that the investigation agency had completed the investigation and filed the charge-sheet before the Court concerned which is numbered as numbered as PRC No.85 of 2015. In that view of the matter, the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
