HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.224 of 2012 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: " ..... declaring the inaction of the respondents in not rectifying the mistake done by the office staff in fixing the pay revision 2009 of the petitioner inspite of his repeated representations even though the petitioner is entitled for the pay fixation from 1st August instead of 1st April, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, discriminatory, against principles of natural justice, contrary to the rules and consequently direct the respondents to fix the pay scale of the petitioner in PRC 2009 with effect from 1st August by considering the representations submitted by the petitioner in the interest of justice ..."

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 16.02.2012, this Court passed interim orders directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 04.03.2011 to the Regional Manager, APSRTC, Karimnagar, and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks. Learned counsel further submits that in view of the said interim orders, no further orders are necessary to be passed and the present writ petition can be disposed of making the interim order as absolute.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents also not disputed the same.
4. Having considered the rival submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of making the interim directions passed on 16.02.2012 as absolute directing the respondents to consider
AKS, J W.P.No.224 of 2012 the representation of the petitioner submitted on 04.03.2011 and pass appropriate orders thereon, if not already passed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
