THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.5429 of 2015 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners so also Sri T.S.Venkata Ramana, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Vijayawada Municipal Corporation that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the orders, dated 22.06.2015, of this Court passed in W.P.No.31128 of 2012 and batch and therefore, requested that this Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the said order. A copy of the said order is placed on record. 2.

Having regard to the submissions and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated orders, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the orders, dated 22.06.2015, in W.P.No.31128 of 2012 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs.

Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the order in the aforestated batch of writ petitions to this order. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
