JUSTICE J.UMA DEVI WRIT PETITION No.30878 OF 2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) After arguing the case for sometime, Sri P. Sri Harsha Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal under Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

Granting liberty as sought for, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
