HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Contempt Case No. 1155 of 2015 PC: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V. Bhatt) This Contempt Case is filed complaining disobedience of the order dated 11.6.2015 in Writ Petition No. 16412 of 2015. The operative portion of the order reads as follows: "Respondent No.3 shall consider and decide the petitioner's application/representation, dated 01.06.2015 (annexure P.5) within ten days from today. Respondent No.3 shall communicate the order to the petitioner immediately thereafter and in any case, within a period of one week from the date of the order. It is needless to mention that respondent No.3 shall consider and decide the petitioner's application/representation on merits in accordance with law. All contentions of the parties are kept open. It is made clear that while passing this order, we have not considered merits of the case."

At the time of hearing, learned Government Pleader representing the respondent, places on record the Memo dated 23.6.2015, through which the order of this Court is complied with, and the vehicle is also released. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that in compliance of the order of this Court and release of vehicle.
