Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach this Court, as and when cause of action arises.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is given to the petitioners to approach this Court as and when cause of action arises. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
