THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.10341 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: "to issue a writ any, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents and not regularizing the petitioner services in accordance with the Rules and Regulation of the Respondents, is illegal, arbitrary and violative of Fundamental Right of the Constitution of India and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard Sri Ch. Venkat Raman, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and Smt.Annapuran Sriram, learned counsel, appearing for the respondents 3 and 4.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation to the 4th respondent on 07-10-2015 and the same has not been considered so far. It is further requested by the learned counsel that the 4th respondent may be directed to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission and having regard to the nature of controversy, Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter

and entitlement of the petitioner, directing the 4th respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 07-10-2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
