THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5613 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioners/A-1 to A-3 seeking to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.28 of 2016 on the file of Pamarru Police Station, East Godavari District.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. The offence alleged against the petitioners is punishable under Section 324 read with 34 I.P.C.

4. Considering the said facts and circumstances, the police concerned are directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, if any, without arresting the petitioners. Further, the petitioners are directed to appear before the police concerned on or before 5.5.2016 and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) each with one surety for the like sum each for their future appearance.

5. With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
