This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in conducting auction, without considering the representation of the petitioner dated 1.6.2017.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
It is the case of the petitioner that he is the lessee of the 3rd respondent-temple, who granted lease hold rights for sale of coconuts in the temple, for a period of 3 years commencing from 2013 to 2017. After expiry of the lease period, the petitioner submitted a representation on 1.6.2017 for extension of lease period. But without considering the representation, the 3rd respondent is going to conduct auction. Hence, the petitioner filed this writ petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: "The respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, if auction has not yet been conducted as called for."
