THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.34888 OF 2018 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up, Sri P.Venu Gopal, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the issue, in the present Writ Petition, is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in HYDERABAD POTTERIES PRIVATE LIMITED v.

COLLECTOR, HYDERABAD DISTRICT AND ANOTHER (W.P.No.25727 of 2000, dated 25.04.2001). Following the above said order, and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also allowed, with a direction to the respondents to consider the building application of the petitioner, without insisting on 'No Objection Certificate' from the revenue authorities. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
