Asithota Anil Kumar, S/O.Masthan, v. Canara Bank
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO W.P.No.10203 of 2015 O R D E R:
Sri B. Chandrasen Reddy, learned counsel, who has accepted notice on behalf of the sole respondent - Canara Bank, would submit that in the connected matters a detailed enquiry was already conducted by the respondent Bank and it has traced the person, who is responsible for leakage of the material concerned. However, Sri Chandrasen would also submit that the Employment Notification will be published on the Notice Board of the Bank and by providing an opportunity to all the candidates, then only, the necessary steps will be taken for filling up the vacancies notified.
In this view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioners stands vindicated. The petitioners are also entitled to submit their applications to the respondent Bank for its consideration.
With this, the writ petition stands disposed of at the admission stage, but however, without costs.
Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand disposed of. __________________________ NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO, J.
