This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is A1, in C.C.No.222 of 2015 on the file of the Court of VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. The offences alleged are under Section 420 IPC. 2.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The counsel for the petitioner, however, does not press for grant of anticipatory bail and only seeks an order from this court to give a direction to the lower court to dispose of the bail application that will be filed by them.

Hence, considering the above, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. The court below shall dispose of the bail application, if any filed, expeditiously, preferably on the same day, subject to the pressure of other work.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
