No representation for the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 & 2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana on behalf of respondent No.1 would represent that the charge sheet was filed and the same was taken cognizance by the IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, in C.C.No.1177 of 2015 and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
