Nadimpalli Manish Varma, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh, Rep By Its Secretary,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.7557 OF 2013
O R D E R
The cause for grievance in this writ petition was that the petitioner was prevented from attending classes of IV year B.Tech Course on the ground that he indulged in ragging in violation of the Andhra Pradesh Prohibition of Ragging Act, 1997. By order dated 14.03.2013, this Court directed the second respondent college to allow the petitioner to attend classes and continue his IV Year B.Tech Course.
Sri Mavidi Rama Rao, learned counsel representing the second respondent College, states that pursuant to the interim order, the petitioner was permitted to attend the classes and completed the course long ago.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition is rendered infructuous and accordingly dismissed as such. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
