HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 9272 of 2013 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in not considering the representations made by the petitioner on 11.01.2012, 06.02.2012 and 13.03.2012 for regularization of his service as kamati in Darga Hazrath Syed Hussaini, Badapahad, Nizamabad, with enhancement of salary in terms of the P.R.C. in force, as illegal and arbitrary.

2) The grievance of the petitioner is that the representations dated 11.01.2012, 06.02.2012 and 13.03.2012 made by him seeking regularization of his service as Kamati in Darga are not considered by the respondent.

3) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioner seeking regularization of his services in Darga, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 4) There shall be no order as to costs.
