O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that he studied B.A. (E.P.P.) through distance mode from Sri Krishna Devaraya University, Anantapuram and in the transfer certificate issued to him vide S.No.SKU/DDE/2018 dated 3.1.2018, only the year of admission was mentioned as 2013 and date of joining the course was not mentioned. Therefore, he made representation dated 18.07.2018 to the respondent, seeking to issue transfer certificate, by mentioning the date of joining the course. As the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri P.Sreeramulu Naidu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - University, submits that in the transfer certificate, as per rules applicable, only year of admission will be mentioned.

Since the representation of the petitioner dated 18.07.2018 is stated to be pending, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
