HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.22505 of 2011 ORDER :

Learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing the matter for some time and in response to the query raised by the Court that an appeal is maintainable against the proceedings dated 12.07.2011, requests the Court to permit him to avail the remedy of appeal. The request is accepted. The writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal before the Joint Collector, Nalgonda within six weeks from today. The petitioner can enclose a copy of this order to seek appropriate orders for condonation of delay, if any, in filing the appeal. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
