HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.33957 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings No.P1/813(1)2017-RM-NECR, dated 19-09-2017, wherein the petitioner was transferred from Palakonda Depot to Palasa Depot. Learned counsel for the petitioner says though the impugned proceedings dated 19-09-2017 challenged in the writ petition, the petitioner has filed representation 21-09-2017 to the 2nd respondent explaining his difficulties and the same may be considered.

Heard Sri S.V.Ramana, learned Standing Counsel who opposes grant of interim order stating that basing on the vigilance report, transfer has been affected.

It is to be seen that already the petitioner has filed representation on 21-09-2017 to the 2nd respondent, it is for the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. Till disposal of said representation, impugned proceedings shall be kept in abeyance. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
