THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION No.34970 OF 2018 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The prayer of the petitioners in this case reads as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the respondents in not implementing the orders passed by the Hon'ble AP Administrative Tribunal in OA No.6583/2012, dt.22.8.2012 which was confirmed by this Hon'ble Court in WP No.12561/2015, dt.29.2.2016 is illegal, arbitrary and discriminatory in nature and further direct the respondents to implement the orders passed by the Hon'ble AP Administrative Tribunal in OA No.6583/2012, dt.22.8.2012 which was confirmed by this Hon'ble Court in WP No.12561/2015, dt.29.2.2016 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

It is an admitted fact that the order passed by the Tribunal in favour of the petitioners has attained finality inasmuch as the Writ Petition filed against the same was also dismissed by this Court.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services, State of Andhra Pradesh, and Sri M.Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation, do not dispute these facts. In that view of the matter, there is no reason as to why the State and the Corporation should ignore the afore-stated binding orders passed against them and in favour of the petitioners. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the respondents to give effect to and implement the subject orders

expeditiously and in any event not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ____________________ SANJAY KUMAR, J ____________________ M. GANGA RAO, J 15th November, 2018 sur
