HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.16336 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 in registering the crime against the 5th respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Home submitted that pursuant to the complaint submitted by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.76 of 2017 was registered against the 5th respondent and others for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 406, 448, 354(c) and 506 read with 149 IPC and the same is under investigation.

In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
