This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under section 438 of Cr.P.C. seeking to enlarge him on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No. 124 of 2016 of Bapatla Town Police Station, Guntur district, registered for the offences under section 447, 427, 420 read with section 34 of IPC.

2. Sri Ganduri Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner/ A-1 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above criminal petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
