This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, who are A1 and A2, in Crime No.273 of 2018 on the file of Station House Officer, Mahabubabad Town Police Station, Mahabubabad District. The offences alleged are under Sections 290 and 506 read with 34 IPC and Section 3(1)(r)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

As per the contents of the complaint, the petitioners went to the house of the victim and abused her in caste name without any reason. Hence, in view of the nature of the allegations, this Court does not find it a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

In view of the above, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
