Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation. The only grievance of the petitioner, as represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent-Depot Manager, TSRTC, HCU Bus Depot, Gachibowli, Hyderabad is not passing any orders on the representation said to have been submitted by the petitioner on 1-4-2016, wherein the petitioner requested the 3rd respondent-Depot Manager to furnish the orders of termination and that the respondent-authorities be therefore directed to pass appropriate orders by fixing time limit. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the appropriate action on the representation dated 1-4-2016 submitted by the petitioner will be taken by the 3rd respondentDepot Manager, in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-Depot Manager to take appropriate action on the representation dated 1-4-2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
