THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.34924 of 2018 When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise that the issue, in the present Writ Petition, is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.5038 of 2017, dated 14.02.2017.

Following the above said order, and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also allowed, in terms thereof, by setting aside the impugned proceedings in MC.No.2791/2018, dated 24.09.2018, issued by the Executive Magistrate-cum-Tahsildar, Kodada Mandal, Suryapet Districtsecond respondent herein. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
