Heard the counsel for petitioners, and Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy, counsel for respondents.

Both sides state that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.25.04.2017 in Writ Petition No.13868 of 2017.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Programme Officer, MGNREGS, Ranasthalam Mandal, Srikakulam District, to enforce the orders of 3rd respondent dt.09.11.2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (02) weeks from today and he should also ensure to take action against the persons responsible for not complying with the dirctions of the 3rd respondent.

Further, the Programme Officer, MGNREGS, Ranasthalam Mandal, Srikakulam District, shall be personally responsible in enforcement of the orders passed by the 3rd respondent. He shall also appropriately report to the competent authority on the action of the sub-ordinate officers in not complying with the directions of the 3rd respondent.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
