It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, the Division Bench of this Court disposed of WP.No.25642 of 2017 on 02.08.2017. The same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Services and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent. In view of the same, following the aforesaid orders passed by the Division bench, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion, as and when Departmental Promotion Committee is constituted, without reference to the charges framed against the petitioner, but, however, subjecting such promotion to the outcome of the pending departmental proceedings.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 11.10.2017 t k.
