HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.34995 of 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.Venkateswar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in taking steps to remove the illegal and unauthorized construction made by respondent No.4 in his premises bearing H.No.1-7513/10, Harinagar, Ramnagar, Hyderabad, without any permission and by encroaching the adjacent land earmarked for Anganwadi centre, in spite of the written complaint dated 25.08.2018, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Standing Counsel after obtaining instructions would submit that on 05.10.2018, notice under Section 451(1) read with Section 461 was issued and thereafter on 22.10.2018, notice under Section 451 (2) came to be issued to the unofficial respondent. According to him, there is no reply to any of the notices issued and that further steps would be taken shortly, in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
